Can I sign up without a .edu email?
Yes — property listers (landlords, agents, owners) can sign up with a regular email to post and manage listings. Roommate matching is student-only, so non-.edu accounts won't see the roommate finder.
What's the difference between student and property lister accounts?
Student accounts (verified .edu) get full access: roommate matching at their school, messaging, favorites, and listings. Property lister accounts use any email and are focused on posting and managing housing listings — they don't appear in roommate search.
