Anonymous posts

You're anonymous to other students — your name, email, photo, profile, and account are never shown, and your alias changes from thread to thread so no one can follow you across the board. But anonymous means anonymous to other students, not untraceable to Dormly. For safety and moderation, Dormly still associates each post and reply with your account internally, so we can enforce rules, handle reports, and act on threats or harassment. Author identity is never shown to ordinary staff — it's only available through a restricted, logged action limited to designated trust-and-safety reviewers.
