Applying for housing

On a rental's page, tap “Make an Offer” and send the lister a structured offer — that you'd like the room, your budget, your desired move-in date, and your desired lease length, plus an optional note. The lister can Accept or Decline, and you'll see a clear status timeline (Submitted → Under Review → Accepted or Declined). You can update or withdraw your offer while it's pending. You can only have one active offer per listing — submitting again just updates it.
