Signing a lease

Dormly helps you find a place, tour it, make an offer, and get organized — but the actual lease is signed directly with your landlord or property manager, on their paperwork, outside Dormly. Once a lister accepts your offer, arrange signing with them (many use e-sign tools or an in-person copy). Read every clause, confirm the rent, deposit, lease dates, and who's on the lease, and keep a signed copy — you can share it in your Listing Messages chat so everyone has it. In-app lease signing is on our roadmap, but for now the signed lease itself lives with your landlord.
