Can I filter rentals by semester?
Yes. On the Rent page, use the Semester filter to show places offered for Fall, Spring, or Summer Housing (pick one or more). There's also a keyword search box at the top of Rent, Buy, and Roommates — start typing and you'll get suggestions plus your recent searches.
What do the lease type and semester badges mean on a listing?
Listers can tag a rental with its lease type — Month-to-month, Semester, or Annual — and mark which semesters it's available for (Fall, Spring, or Summer Housing). These show as badges on the listing card and detail page so you can quickly see whether a place fits your timeline.
