What is the Looking For board?
Looking For (under Roommate Finder) is a lightweight community board where students post what they're looking for — roommates, housing, or people to apartment-hunt with — before an actual listing or match exists. Posts are from real, verified students at your school, tagged with intents (Need roommates, Fall housing, and more), and they expire after ~30 days so the board stays fresh.
Are roommate matches limited to my school?
Yes. Roommate suggestions only show verified students from the same school as you, so you don't see people from across the country. Switching schools (transfers) is coming later — email hello@getdormly.com if you need help today.
